مكرونة بالباشميل mean macaroni with cream.
As for me, its complicated to cook, because consist of few parts, need time and at least 4 working hands :)))
First part: we cooked grounded beef with vegetable mix (onion, tomato, carrot, corn and pea) - fried with oil and spices.
Second part: we boiled macaroni.
Third part: most complicated, its sauce. In boiling milk (1 cup) we added one table spoon of flour. When it became thick, we added cream 50 gram. Also we added piece of cheese (because we love cheese :)))
After we prepared all these ingredients, we put it in foil tray in layers (first macaroni, then beef mix, then again macaroni, in the top we put sauce). We let it bake in the oven for 15-20 min. Served hot :P
